Deposit required

A deposit is due in order to start your electricity service. The deposit will be returned or credited to you after 12 months of on-time payments. You can pay your deposit now by entering your information below or later by calling us at 1.800.MY.CIRRO (800.692.4776) or by mail.

You can pay the deposit or submit an acceptable form of documentation.

Instead of paying a deposit, you may be able to submit one of the following:

  • Letter of credit from your most recent electricity provider
  • Proof that you are a senior citizen (age 65 or over) or a victim of family violence
  • Proof of medical indigency

Additional information about these alternatives is provided later in the enrollment process.

Note: Current qualified LITE-UP customers are eligible to pay their deposit in two installments.
